Suraj Public
School is a well-known co-educational school, was
established in 2003-2004 by Roa Suraj Bhan Memorial
Educational Society, Kotkasim. The school is a special
place where the student body, parents, teaching and
non-teaching staff work together with a common mission
and shared goals to prepare our children to be
productive future workforce. The school is intent upon
developing a new technique in education, a method of
drawing out talents latent in the child.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIA:
i. The
age for admission to the school in the First Standard is
six years. Children who complete three years before 31st
May of the year for which they are seeking admission,
shall be admitted to the Nursery Class. A corresponding
age prevails for the successive classes.
ii. The
parents should apply through the available Application
Form for Admission to the School and will agree to abide
by the rules of discipline and conduct of the school in
force and amended from time to time.
DOCUMENTS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Following certificates must be attached to information
slip:
i. Birth
Certificate.
ii. Proof
of residence.
iii. Two
passport size photographs.
iv. Transcript
of the latest Marks/Grades card.
v. Transfer
Certificate from a recognized school.
vi. If
a student has come from a State other than Rajasthan, the
Transfer Certificate must be
countersigned by the appropriate Education Officer
concerned.
vii. If
the student has come from different country, the
Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the
appropriate officer of the Indian Embassy/Consulate in
the country concerned.
viii. If
a Transfer Certificate is delayed as a result of being
sent for countersignature, a Provisional Certificate
from the previous school may be submitted. Admission
granted will be provisional till the proper Transfer
Certificate duly signed and stamped by the appropriate
authority is submitted.
ix. When
a child is admitted on a Transfer Certificate, he will
not be placed in a class higher than that which the
Transfer Certificate shows him to be qualified.
x. Character
Certificate from the previous school must be submitted
at the time of admission.

Suraj Public School is affiliated to C.B.S.E. Board
New Delhi.
